In the event the Atlantic Poultry Conference must be cancelled, for whatever reason, a refund will be provided to those who have already paid. If the meeting must be rescheduled, for whatever reason, a refund will be provided to those who have already paid the fee but cannot attend the meeting at its newly scheduled time. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of cancellation or rescheduling notification. Cancellation requests received by email at least one week prior to the meeting date will be refunded.
Please Note: Registration refunds will be less a processing fee.
